Evette Maynard-Noel, Ph.D., CISSP, is a cybersecurity professional with more than 25 years of experience advancing mission-focused solutions across government and industry. She serves in the Office of the Chief Information Officer at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency within the United States Department of Homeland Security, supporting the agency’s mission to strengthen the security and resilience of critical infrastructure. Dr. Maynard-Noel holds advanced degrees in information technology, information security, and information systems. She maintains industry certifications including the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), and is a charter member of the Northern Virginia ISC2 chapter, reflecting her ongoing commitment to professional excellence and cybersecurity leadership.
