Jensen Bouzi is a public speaker and Team Lead at Atlassian who is currently based in Houston after growing up in Queens, New York as a first-generation Haitian American. With over a decade of industry experience, he has spent the last 4 years on the Confluence Cloud Integrations team building collaborative experiences across Jira and Confluence for Atlassian customers. Throughout his career he’s built software across various industries and lead teams for organizations such as MongoDB, Better.com and the Wall Street Journal. He’s given numerous talks over the years regarding his work and unconventional career path to organizations such as Dev/Color, ColorStack, Afrotech, Atlassian, MongoDB and The City University of New York.
