In November 2018, Telle Whitney and Valerie Taylor, published a paper titled Increasing Women and Underrepresented Minorities in Computing: The Landscape and What You Can Do. We hope the article encourages readers to engage in a National Dialogue about effective practices that create cultures and environments in which all people thrive. We want to use this opportunity to invite the community to contribute information about effective practices and programs using this link. The information received to date can be found below. This information will be shared at town hall meetings at Tapia 2019 and Hopper 2019 to promote a national dialogue.
